Set

A group of consecutive reps performed without stopping to rest. A workout might prescribe '3 sets of 10 reps,' meaning you complete 10 reps, rest, and repeat that sequence three times.

Load

The amount of resistance used during an exercise, typically expressed in pounds or kilograms. Choosing an appropriate load is critical for both safety and effectiveness.

Rest Interval

Progressive Overload
